Shima is a lovely little roborovski hamster who came into our care from a neglect situation – his is very very fast but has come on so far with his confidence. He will now take food from his foster mum’s fingers and is comfortable exploring with her watching.
Hamsters are one of the most misunderstood creatures in the ‘pet world’. The amount of hamsters of all breeds who come into the rescue with inadequate care is staggering – and it often takes them several months to grow confident with their foster carers.

The rescue runs a bonding service which is mandatory to ensure that the adopted animals will be bonded into a group or existing animal, to mitigate any chance of an animal living alone.
After entering your information, you will be taken to the adoption form which may take at least 30 minutes to complete.
