We all know that female Syrian hamsters can be particularly busy… Pia takes this to a whole new level. She trashes her enclosure every night, goes through enrichment like it’s going out of fashion, and she loves her free roaming time.
She was rescued from the typical rubbish small, plastic setup – and she’s making the most of her big setup now.
Hamsters are one of the most misunderstood creatures in the ‘pet world’. The amount of hamsters of all breeds who come into the rescue with inadequate care is staggering – and it often takes them several months to grow confident with their foster carers.

The rescue runs a bonding service which is mandatory to ensure that the adopted animals will be bonded into a group or existing animal, to mitigate any chance of an animal living alone.
After entering your information, you will be taken to the adoption form which may take at least 30 minutes to complete.
