Carlisle and Emmett are a pair of bonded boars at 2 years old. They were transferred to us from Oxford Animal Sanctuary.
Carlisle (the black Guinea pig) is still quite timid however he eats really well and especially enjoys cucumber and romaine lettuce. He has a heart murmur which was picked up by chance during his neuter. It doesn’t require any treatment and doesn’t impact his welfare at all.
Emmett is the more confident of the duo and will happily chatter away. He gets on extremely well with his bonded pal Carlisle. Not a fussy chap at all, he is happy to eat almost anything he is offered and particularly loves his hay.
